Every day we get feedback from our users and, as a lot of you have the same type of queries, we've put together answers to some of your most frequently asked questions
Q: How does it work?
A: In the navigation bar at the top of every page are tabs for the main areas of interest - Buyers; Sellers; Search
As a user, you will essentially be either a Buyer (you are looking for a specific item/items and or service/services to buy) or a Seller (you have a specific item/items and or service/services to offer to the whole world for sale.
A user may also be someone who is just wants to see the ranges of goods and services available in the Nigerian Market and compare prices.
With respect to the Buyer, all you need to do is to click on the Buyers (you can find this at the top or bottom of any page on the Naijamart.com website and legal questions and follow the simple instructions.
The same applies to the seller, in which case you will have to select the Sellers tab.
Q: How many ways are there to search Naijamart.com?
1. Via the search button on the navigation bar at the top or bottom of every page
2. Via the Buyers page
3. Via any of the classifications page in naijamart.com
Please note that in both cases you must enter valid search criteria.
Q: How do I place an ad online?
A: To place an ad, you do not need to register or anything like that for your convenience we have made our website very simple and easy to use. All you need to do is to select the Sellers tab to navigate to the seller's page and fill in all the required fields.
Q: Where do I place a free ad?
A: From the Home Page (or anywhere on the website) look for and select the Seller's tab. This will take you to the Seller's page where you follow the on screen prompts.
Q: Will it cost anything to place an ad?
A: Placing ads with Naijamart.com will only cost you 250 NAIRA (if you are placing your adverts in Nigeria) and £2.50 or equivalent (if you are placing your advert outside Nigeria)
TimeSaver Renewal Service.
With this service, you have the option of having your ad run consecutively in our publication for 2 consecutive issues - 60 days in total. It is not advisable to pay for a period longer than 2 months as unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on ads mid-way through a run. In addition, for the period that your advert is being automatically renewed, we are unable to offer amendments to ad text.
Power Ads Service.
Power ads appear in print with a black border and online with a tinted background for added impact.
Super Power Ads Service.
Currently only for Motoring and Property ads, your printed ad will have a bold red border and online with a tinted background and bold border to make it stand out even more.
Picture Power Ads Service.
In our website only - we'll add the picture of the item you want to sell next to your advert at no extra cost. However, this picture will not be displayed on the printed advert.
Q: Can I place my ad on the web only?
A: Yes - You don't have to put your ad in print but, by placing an ad in one of our papers, you may increase your chances of selling your item quickly.
Q: How many things can I sell?
A: You can place as many individual ads online as you wish. We have made special provisions for our clients who may wish to sell several items by providing them with a bulk fee.
Q: Where is an advertiser based?
A: You can se the area or location an advertise is base when you search for any particular item.
Q: My system is very slow - is there a quicker way?
Yes. To view full details of an ad click on the advert to select only that advert.
